In late 2016, we completed our Miller Lofts development in the thriving Peckham district of South East London. Peckham is one of London’s most vibrant centres bustling with life including dozens of independent retailers, quality restaurants and trendy bars.

To begin the project, we acquired an infill site that had unfortunately suffered severe damage during the 2011 London riots. As a means of resetting the property and rebuilding a modernised liveable space that boosts the local community, we chose to develop a selection of studios, 1-bed and 2-bed apartments as a part of a full rebuild.

All the properties were fitted to a high standard with eclectic finishes that complement the neighbourhood. All the properties feature remote heating and WiFi included as standard.

The development is anchored by a very popular independent restaurant, Supa Ya Ramen.
